Kindly note that our business currently operates primarily from Nigeria and United States. Most of the items on our website are available for immediate pick up from our physical Walk In Store in Lagos, Nigeria or they can be delivered to your location at a fee.
However, our Wigs and Ponytail styles are shipped globally from the United States (We currently don’t have a large inventory of Wigs and Ponytails at our Lagos Store only some of our Best Sellers that are in high demands are stocked at our Lagos Store in Nigeria).
We also ship globally from our Lagos Store via DHL so International customers are welcome to shop with Us!
Our Shipping Processes are explained below;
For Wigs and Ponytails Shipped Globally From the U.S.;
Processing Time: Order verification, quality check and packaging takes 3-5 business days from when you place an order after which your package will be shipped.
Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination.
Due to the fact that we have a store located in Lagos, Nigeria. We offer highly discounted weekly shipping rate to our Nigerian customers through our special shipping company and orders are shipped out in bulk every week to our store in Lagos depending on how much orders we process. Price starts from N7,500.
Bulk Shipping simply means that we will ship all orders we get that week in bulk to our Lagos store. This is the only way we can offer the discounted shipping rate to our Nigerian Customers and help them minimize cost on shipping. All packages are dropped off on Wednesdays with our designated shipper for onward shipping to Lagos, Nigeria.
Weekly Schedule for Wigs and Ponytails Orders from U.S. Shipping to Nigeria;
We take orders everyday of the week, However, the Last Day to Order Each Week from our U.S. fulfillment center to Nigeria is Friday.
It takes 7-10 Business days (Standard time) for the package to arrive at our Lagos store after it ships except in an event of delay with shipment due to the airline cargo’s back log of shipment; in this case we will contact you about the development and keep you updated about your package until it arrives.
As soon as your package arrives our Lagos store, you will be informed to either pick up from our store or have it delivered to you at a fee depending on your location in Nigeria. Please note that this delivery fee within Nigeria is different from the shipping fee from U.S. To Nigeria. However If you order items worth N50,000 and Above then you will enjoy Free Delivery within Lagos and 50% Off To Other States.
N.B: Kindly note that we will only ship each week if we get enough orders to ship out in bulk, in a situation where we are not able to get enough orders for bulk shipping, we will delay shipping for that week until the following week. Kindly note that if you are not able to wait and want your items urgently then kindly opt for International Shipping at Check Out starting from N22,500/ $30 depending on the number of items you order for. Please note that it still takes 7-10 Business Days for this Item to arrive Nigeria, it will just ship out faster and not be delayed.
Wigs and Ponytails Shipping Details for United States Customers.
All U.S. orders are shipped by US Postal Service (USPS) and takes about 3-7 Business Days to be delivered. You will qualify for Free Shipping at Check out for orders $99.99 and Above. Orders $69.99 and Above costs a flat rate of $7.99; Orders $40 and Above costs a flat rate of $8.99 and Orders below $39.99 costs a Flat Rate Shipping fee of $9.99. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777).
Wigs and Ponytails Shipping Details for International Customers (From The U.S. Globally).
International orders are shipped through US Postal Service (USPS) from the United States.
We currently have a Flat Rate International Shipping fee of $30 per package, however this applies if your order is 4 kg and less; Items more than 4 kg will require another package entirely at additional fee. (Shipping costs depends on the number of items ordered and Cost of Shipping will be applied at the point of check out).
Delivery takes from 5-20 Business Days depending on your location.
Please bear in mind that International Shipping through the USPS First Class Mail is the most affordable means for international shipping from the United States, unfortunately this method does not track packages once it has been handed over to the destination country's shipping agent and leaves the United States. However, the tracking number provided can still be used to track your package on your country's post mail website, please ensure to check to know the status of your package.
Kindly note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777).
Diva By QB is NOT responsible for any missing packages once the tracking link shows that it successfully left the United States and is marked as "Delivered".
Shipping Details For All Other Items that ships directly From Lagos, Nigeria (Nationwide and Globally).
As stated above, all other beauty products seen on our website are available at our Lagos Walk in Store in Nigeria and can either be picked up in person or delivered to any location nationwide and globally.
Deliveries within Nigeria are done through our trusted logistics companies. We also ship through DHL to our International Customers. Shipping cost will depend on the weight of the items and location. This is will reflect at the point of check out.

You will be able to track your package via our logistics company’s website through the tracking number that you will receive from us.

CUSTOMS AND TAX DUTIES
SOME COUNTRIES HAVE IMPORT RESTRICTIONS ON CERTAIN GOODS OR MATERIALS. AFTER THE PRODUCT IS DISPATCHED FROM OUR FACILITIES, TRANSFER OF LIABILITY IS TRANSFERRED TO YOU, THEREFORE YOU WILL BECOME THE IMPORTER AND WILL BE LIABLE TO PAY LOCAL TAXES OR DUTIES IF REQUIRED IN YOUR COUNTRY (KINDLY NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT COVERED IN THE SHIPPING FEE). PACKAGES WILL BE MARKED WITH THE VALUE PAID TO DIVA BY QB.
In view of the above stated, CUSTOMS FEES may be charged for international shipments and when purchasing at Diva By QB, customers are agreeing to pay for all the fees regarding the package.
We will not reimburse your order if your package is undelivered due to unpaid customs/duty fees.
If You as our customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address at checkout, we won't take responsibility for loss of such items. A new package can be shipped to you if a new order is placed and paid for. We urge our customers to put in the accurate shipping details to avoid loss.
If a customer does not respond to our out of stock email notification within 2 weeks, a store credit refund for the order will be given automatically.
Cardboard packaging of wigs and ponytails will be removed for international orders to reduce the dimension of shipment.
One thing we assure you is that your items will reach you in one piece. Should there be any loss experienced in transit from our end(within the United States or Nigeria, before it is handed over to your country's mail agent) we will take care of this by either sending a new package to you or offer a refund, so you can be rest assured that it's 100% safe to shop with us. We have had 99% of most international packages getting to its destination, so you have nothing to worry about shopping with us.
Kindly note that if you decide to cancel an order it should be done within 24 Hours of purchase. Due to the nature of our business, we currently do not stock up inventory, we process them based on your orders. Orders that are not canceled within 24 Hours will remained processed and cannot be revoked. Thank you for your understanding.
